Flying into Barcelona after Croatia was a but if a change, the main street Le Ramblr is very busy and dirty but once you get past that this place is very entertaining ... Lots of street performers and artists painting while u watch :) ... We had some great nights out and meet some fun people ... We stayed at Kabul hostel in Plaza Real ... Which I highly reccomend as we get free breakfast and dinner! ... And everybody must go to the fruit market!! It's insane :)
Next we take our first train ride to San Sebastian ... I really liked this area ... The streets are beautiful and everyone's really friendly ... We stayed with busabout for this as we were going into Pampalona everyday for "Running with the Bulls" although we didn't actually run it was an amazzing experience but differently not for the faint hearted ... Very long big couple of days but so full of fun and interesting stories :)
DIY - Tie Die Sheets.
I am defiantly going to be doing this when i get back home, first DIY on the list to do ... really missing being creative and crafty already =)
Croatia.
Here's the first travel post, really wanted to have more for it but the movies my sister and myself have been making wont load on the small amount of internet we get while travel through the different hostels. So all the photos above from my instagram uploads. But please do look forward to the small movies we've made of each destination when i get home.
Anyways first stop was Switzerland, we stayed in the beautiful Zurich =) we only had one full day to explore so we hired bikes for FREE all day with Zueri-rollt they were the best idea we"ve ever had, really great day exploring the city on our tiny budgets. We stayed at youthhostel which was so far my favourite hostel, it was cheap, awesome free breakfast, clean rooms and modern bathrooms. The whole Zurich area is stunning, so very very full of greenery and the streets so extremely clean! The buildings are so cute and crazy creative!
On to Croatia, we started in Split which was awesome one of my favourites, 1 night there and then we get on our Busabout Yacht and sail through the Dalmatian Coast ... it was one very relaxing week and very easy not to have to keep carrying all your luggage to each place. We went to a cave party in Makarska and Hvar was fantastic of course, night life was by far the best. Kokula was more my favourite on the trip just because it was a really pretty island. We ended in Dubrovnik, did a super fun pup crawl the second night, which i highly recommend. The beachs are stone not sand which gets annoying but its so super hot you just go straight into the water anyway. As much as we loved our trip we have since learned Sail Croatia is a better option if your going to do it.
Stayed tuned in for my travel stories and tips if you want to do a trip in Europe.
